A BREATH OF FRESHNESS

“A breath of fresh air” concerns the development of a balcony and a terrace in the heart of the city. The project creates exteriors conducive to escape that ¬meet the different needs of the family. To do this, we have focused our thinking on the following areas:

Propose a landscape project inspired by both the graphic codes of the neighboring Parc de la Villette and the “beach in Paris” atmosphere of the Ourcq canal that can be seen from the terrace:
- Resumption of contemporary motifs from the Parc de la Villette mixing line, curve, waves
- Inspiration ¬from dune landscapes to create a relaxing spirit
Set up tailor-made vertical structures to filter views while protecting from wind and sun.
Design “rooms” with differentiated uses: Meals and vegetable garden for the northwest terrace. Relaxation, play and privileged views from the different rooms of the apartment to the south terrace
Repeat the existing yellow color on structuring elements of the terraces and bring together the owners’ “

Work on the link between interior rooms and exterior plant environments. Work on the views of the landscaped exterior from the different rooms of the apartment.
