LIKE A GLOVE

The “Like a glove” terrace garden project takes place in a patio located in the 17^th arrondissement of Paris.

The patio being located in the center of the owner’s home, it was essential to establish a dialogue and continuity between the garden terrace and the rooms of the apartment. The garden is linked to the interior decoration while having its own personality.

This “extra room” was intended to accommodate an outdoor dining room and living room, so it was important to offer the same comfort as inside and to offer a protected place; whatever the season.

Our client being a lover of Yves Saint-Laurent and gastronomy, we were inspired by the patterns and colors of the great designer in the design of the garden project. We also offered a plant range composed of beautiful and edible plants and flowers.

AN INDOOR-OUTDOOR HARMONY

Work on the link between interior rooms and exterior plant environments. Work out the views of the garden terrace from the different rooms of the apartment.

CROSSING VIEWS

Create separations between the different rooms of the patio while letting the view cross the garden terrace from one room to another.

THE CREATION OF VEGETABLE “ROOMS”

Outdoor dining room, living room, bicycle storage space and even aquarium, everything is planned in the garden design.

A PLEASANT GARDEN TO LIVE IN ALL SEASONS

A dining room which is located in an outdoor cabin which can be covered or uncovered depending on the season.

A BEAUTIFUL AND EDIBLE VEGETABLE RANGE

Foliage, flowers and fruits that adorn dishes and are eaten! These beautiful plants are refined and sometimes even collectible.

A MODULAR TERRACE

The entire landscaping is mobile and removable. The benches accommodate storage for cushions and curtains in winter.
